guests must first register at the Office before entering the campground.

Pets
must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Do not attach
leashes to trees. Keep to a 10-ft. maximum length.

ATV's, 4-Wheelers or Dirt Bikes allowed.

Damage
to trees will incur a fine of $100.00 per inch per infraction.

Campfires
only allowed in fire-ring grills. No Bonfires. Please exercise
extreme caution. All fires must be put out before you leave.

No
under-age drinking.

Quiet
Hours from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Quiet Hours strictly enforced.
Non-compliance can result in eviction. No loud radios, barking dogs or
loud noise of any kind during Quiet Hours.

No
illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises. Violators will
be arrested and prosecuted.

All
trash must be disposed of in proper containers.
-
Car
pass, must be displayed on rearview mirror of vehicle at all times.
-
All
vehicles must be parked and remain parked after 10:00 pm.
-
No
vehicles allowed at any time in the Black River. No driving on gravel
bars. No off-roading in fields allowed.

Speed
limit is 10-mph in the campground. Violators will be evicted from the
premises.

Foraging
for wood outside of the camping area is strictly prohibited. Firewood
is sold at the store. Some property along the river is privately
owned. Property and trees marked with purple paint means no
trespassing. Violators will be prosecuted and fines may be assessed.

Please
note: The Reynolds's County Sheriff's Department and The Missouri
State Water Patrol make periodic unscheduled patrols of the campground.

This
campground is subject to flash flooding. At times it is necessary to
vacate the campground. The continuous horn sounding of a vehicle
indicates you must vacate the campground immediately.

Please
note: the Black River is patrolled by the Missouri Conservation
Department. State fishing regulations apply, and fishing licenses may
be obtained in Lesterville at any gas station or convenience store.

Please
be kind to our trees, river and wildlife! The campground is situated
on a working cattle and hay ranch. Destruction of fields and abuse of
livestock will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Check-out
time is at 11:00 am the day of your departure, unless other arrangements are
made. Check-out time is strictly enforced.

Anyone
refusing to comply with the above rules will be asked to pack and leave
immediately, and any fees collected will be non-refundable.

Shoe Ranch Black River Camping is not responsible for theft of personal
articles.

There
is no lifeguard present at the river. Swimming is at your own
risk. We are not responsible for accidents at the river.
